Hou Yifan is a Chinese Chess player born on February 27, 1994, and holds a grandmaster title in her chess game career. She is a four-time champion in the world Women’s Chess Championship. Yifan is the second female chess player with the highest FIDE ratings. She qualified for her grandmaster title at 14, making her the youngest female chess player to win the grandmaster title in January 2007. In addition, Yifan became the youngest woman to win the world’s women’s chess championship in 2010 at 16.

Wang Yue is one of the strong Chinese grandmasters born on March 31, 1987. He won his grandmaster title in 2004 and became the 18th grandmaster winner from china at 17 years of age. In addition, Wang is the first Chinese chess player to pass the top ten rankings by FIDE in the world rankings. He was also the highest-rated chess player from China after reaching a peak rating of 2756 up to August 2015 when another Chinese strong chess player Ding Liren managed to break the record from him.

Li Chao b is a famous Chinese chess player born on April 21, 1989. He has had positive progress in his chess career and became an Asian Champion after having a great victory in the chess games championships in 2013. He has a grandmaster title which he was awarded by FIDE in 2007. This made him the 23rd Chinese chess player to win the title at 18 years of age. Li has in most cases been the assistant to Wang Yue who is also a chess grandmaster from China on different occasions.

In addition, he was the second Chess player from china to break through the Elmo rating of 2700 in his chess career after Wang Yue. He became a Chinese chess player champion in 2004 after winning the Chinese chess championships.

He held a grandmaster title and was a winner in the 2019 Grand chess tour after managing to beat Maxime Vachier. He was ranked the highest blitz player globally in 2016 after achieving a blitz rating of 2875. Furthermore, Liren was the first chess player from China to participate in the Candidates Tournament, where he managed to pass the 2800 FIDE rating mark, which was the highest world ranking.
